I would like to recommend the German Nursing Adaptation course offered by MCAST, This course will train you in German language B2 level and also prepare you to adapt the German style of working, There will be in campus Job placements to Hospitals and elder care homes in Germany as an assistant nurse. But to work as a registered nurse you have to clear the licensing test.
