Calypso: focus on a European partnership to fight disinformation


The European project Calypso (Collaborative AnaLYsis, and exPosure of diSinfOrmation) aims to create a crowdsourcing environment to fight against disinformation. More specifically, it involves setting up a collaborative platform where different actors will be called upon to report questionable information and contribute to its verification. Ultimately , the objective is to create “communities of practice” around the verification of information. Several other activities (analysis of fact-checking tools , workshops for professionals, podcasts, radio broadcasts for the general public, etc.) complete the project.
