Guidelines for mentoring within Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions

The European Commission publishes mentoring guidelines within the MSCA. They represent a set of recommendations to the participants in the program - both individuals and institutions.

The MSCA is the European Union's flagship program for researcher mobility and training and for doctoral programs. It contributes to the development of the European Research Area and the European Education Area by promoting the training and career development of excellent, creative and innovative researchers.

In this sense, guidance, support, counseling and mentoring are key factors that enable the researcher to embark on a promising career or resume research.
