How to extend a visa in Poland?

What to do if your Polish visa or residence permit issued in connection with your participation in our courses expires soon?

If your Polish visa or residence permit issued in connection with your participation in our courses expires soon, you should fill in an application for granting the temporary residence permit to a foreigner (see the attachment), attach necessary documents listed (see the attachment), stick your photograph, pay a fee (PLN 375) .

 If you send the application via Poczta Polska before your visa expires, your stay will be legal until Mazowiecki Urz?d Wojewódzki (MUW) issues a decision. After one-two months after you send the application, you will be invited to MUW and you will be requested to show your passport and provide your fingerprints. The invitation will be sent to the address you will provide in the application form so it is very important to provide the correct address of your place of residence.
