How to Get a Visa Application Letter with No Objection

It is a very stressful procedure to apply for a Schengen Visa or any visa. You may just want to fly across the globe or visit family or friends, but you may be intimidated by visa applications and the amount of paperwork seems daunting. The Schengen Visa will give you the opportunity to travel as a tourist across EU countries and enjoy different cultures. The process of getting this visa, however, is very strict and you will need to prove that you are going to return to your country. Fortunately, there are options and documentation that help show that you are not going to overstay your Schengen Visa and that you are not going to attempt to stay illegally in any EU country. A paper called a No Objection Letter is the solution to that.

A No Objection Letter is a letter from your employer or your school / university confirming that in your home country you have contractual commitments to which you can return. So, you may also submit a No Objection Letter in addition to booking your flight and hotel and submitting the reservations as proof. The No Objection Letter is otherwise referred to as a Visa or NOC No Objection Certificate. For certain countries, it may be mandatory, but typically it is optional. It is a good idea for you to apply it, even though it is optional, since it will speed up the processing of your visa and improve your chances of receiving the Schengen Visa.

A responsible person from the university the student attends writes the NOC format for students. The University No Objection Certificate may be written by an attorney, a department head, or a school dean. The letter states that students applying for a Schengen Visa are enrolled at a university and may have to return to their country of origin in order to complete their degree. The NOC format for school can also state that the student is financially stable and financed by the scholarship if the student is funded by a scholarship.

There are different ways to get a No Objection Letter you might go about. As for students, you must apply and have your professors or counselor accept a request for permission, release you from classes, and allow you to skip your trip for a certain period of time. However, arranging your trip for university breaks and reminding the appropriate people of your intentions is the best option for students. When you tell your agent that during a university break you are going to fly, they would not have a problem writing a NOC for you.
