IX Symposium on the Iberian Atlantic Margin

It will be held from September 4 to 7, 2018, in Coimbra, the IX Symposium on the Iberian Atlantic Margin. The 1st circular can be viewed here.

Integrating the themes of Oceanography, Geology of the Margin, Coastal Dynamics, Resources and Sustainability, Di(geodi/biodi)versity, Use and spatial planning of the Atlantic Margin, the IX MIA Symposium will contemplate 4 excursions and associates to the 2nd Workshop and Field trip of IGCP 655 Toarcian Oceanic Anoxic Event: Impact on marine carbon cycle and ecosystems.

This event is a joint organization of the Department of Earth Sciences of the University of Coimbra and MARE (Center for Marine Sciences and Environment)
