JGU receives approval for future cluster for electro-organic synthesis

Federal Ministry of Research also successfully funds regional research network with up to 45 million euros / cluster on cardiovascular diseases with the participation of the University Medical Center Mainz
The "Electrification of Technical Organic Synthesis" (ETOS) research network headed by Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (JGU) and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) is one of the winners of the current "Clusters4Future" competition of the Federal Ministry of Research (BMBF). As one of seven new so-called "future clusters" in Germany, ETOS will be funded for up to nine years with a total of up to 45 million euros. Last Thursday, the BMBF announced the winners of the competition, in which 117 research groups took part.
