From 1 to 3 April 2019 R?ga Stradi?š University (RSU) will host the Annual Research Conference. This year for the first time the event is going global. The motto of this year's conference is "Knowledge for Use in Practice" with a focus on cardiovascular health, oncology, and hematology, women’s and children’s health, infectious diseases, mental health and neurosciences, dentistry and pharmacy.

The Conference will be held within the framework of RSU Research Week 2019. Additionally, on 3 April focused thematic conferences will take place covering the following areas – digital pathology, the complementarity principle in studying metabolic disorders, orthopedics and traumatology, rare clinical cases, public health and health system management, and university pedagogy.

The conference programme will include over 250 oral and poster presentations and a number of research-related activities – thematic conferences, symposiums, discussions, clinical case presentations, an industry exhibition, ideation activities, and guided tours. The submitted abstracts within each thematic field will be reviewed by an International Scientific Committee.
