Summer courses help prospective students achieve expected entry level for various bachelor's degree programs
On 5 July, 3452 prospective students took the first session of the calibration tests on the Flemish university campuses. This test assesses their knowledge and scientific and mathematical skills.
And that is useful, because on the basis of the results, future students estimate whether or not they meet the expected entry level of the 22 participating bachelor's programs (including Civil and Industrial Engineering ).
After the first session it appears that many have insufficient mastery of advanced mathematics (more about this can be found in the press release below). That is why it is important that - before the start of the new academic year - they update their prior knowledge in order to maximize their chances of success. Our university therefore offers various preparation activities, including summer courses and self-tests.
Do you also want to prepare well before you start at our university? On the basis of preparation courses , sample questions and self-tests , you estimate what you are already good at and what you may need to practice on this summer.
Do you want to study Industrial or Civil Engineer (Architecture)? Or are you still in doubt? The second session of the calibration test will take place on August 13, registration is possible until July 30 via www.ijkingstestosterone.be.
