The Times Higher Education published the results of an international ranking of higher education institutions called European Teaching Ranking 2019. In a competition of hundreds of top European universities, the UHK gained 101.-125. spot. Among Czech universities, University of Hradec Králové is the best!

Rector, Kamil Ku?a says the ranking is special because the institutions was evaluated anonymously by its students. and their students gave them a real praise, for which he is immensely grateful.

The evaluation is based on fourteen indicators, they combine students' satisfaction with the quality of education, with the environment of the institution and with the attitudes of academics towards students. Other very interesting factors are employability on the labour market, the share of international students and gender balance of the employees and students.
