Visa Extension at Poland

Polish Government introduced special regulation in terms of prolonging legal stay in Poland for those foreigners whose legal stay is going to expire or has already expired because of the current situation regarding COVID-19 pandemic.

1) Extension of Legal Work- It will be extended by law until the end of the 30th day following the date of cancellation of the last of the states that was in force.

2) Extension of Legal Stay in Poland- Your legal stay will be extended by law until the end of the 30th day following the date of cancellation of the last of the states that was in force.

3) Stay- If you are a permanent residence permit , refugee status, your stay will be legal because these permits are of an indefinite nature. Submit an application for a new residence card after the offices restore regular service.
