YSMU Faculty of Public Health Announces Admission to Certificate Course on Management of Medical Institutions

The Certificate Course in Medical Facility Management is an intensive program run by the Faculty of Public Health of Yerevan State Medical University in cooperation with Management Mix International Consulting.

The "Management of Medical Institutions" certification course provides:

* Practical knowledge of modern management principles, processes effective human resource management, marketing and financial management, skills

* Skills Management, Quality Assurance ? Evaluation, Finance, Marketing, Accreditation of Medical Facilities and Medical Standards

* Skills for identifying, researching, analyzing and effectively solving problems of medical institutions in other fields and Abilities

* Exchange of management experience with the heads of successful large medical and non-medical institutions in Armenia
